François started a company in communications services that evolved into an interactive new media agency. Role included finding business opportunities, negotiating service contracts and developing new services and products. Was responsible for assessing and overseeing subcontractors and suppliers in terms of quality, delivery and budget. Handled all legal issues and customer relations.
